Pandora, Ohio. &#8212; Funeral services for Dr. Alvin B. Hilty, 84, retired dentist of Columbus Grove, were held Aug. 11 at the Grace Mennonite Church here, with Rev. Loris Habegger officiating.

Dr. Hilty died Aug. 8 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Winston (Esther) Bucher, in Lima.

A native of this community and member of the Grace Church, he had practiced dentistry in Columbus Grove from 1911 to 1964. He served on the Columbus Grove School board and was a member of national, sate and regional dental associations.

His wife, the former Nettie Schumacher, died in 1965. Surviving in addition to the daughter are two sons, Dr. Donald E. and Dr. Mark B., both of Columbus Grove; a brother, Aldo, of Pandora; four sisters, Martha Hilty, Mrs. Elizabeth Gerber, Mrs. Lilly Schumacher, and Mrs. Stella Burkholder, all of Pandora; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services at Pandora For Retired Dentist

Pandora, Ohio. — Funeral services for Dr. Alvin B. Hilty, 84, retired dentist of Columbus Grove, were held Aug. 11 at the Grace Mennonite Church here, with Rev. Loris Habegger officiating.

Dr. Hilty died Aug. 8 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Winston (Esther) Bucher, in Lima.

A native of this community and member of the Grace Church, he had practiced dentistry in Columbus Grove from 1911 to 1964. He served on the Columbus Grove School board and was a member of national, sate and regional dental associations.
