&bull; Peter H. Hiebert, 90, lifelong resident of the Hillsboro and Goessel communities, died Sunday morning at the Bethesda Home. He married Sarah Schmidt in 1914 at Goessel, and they lived on farms in the area until retiring to the Bethesda Home in 1956. Mrs. Hiebert died in 1959. Survivors include one son, Gustav, of Windom, and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Tabor Mennonite Church with Rev. John Gaeddert officiating.

Peter H. Hiebert, 90, our oldest member and also a charter member passed away Oct. 31. The funeral was held Nov. 2. Her was a resident of the Bethesda Home. Besides his wife, the former Sara Schmidt, a daughter Elvina (Mrs. Irwin Schultz) and son Herman preceded him in death. He is survived by one son, Gustav and wife of Windom; four grandchildren, Geraldine Joan Schultz (Mrs. Ewert), Stanley Irwin, Rodney Bruce and Beverly Ann Schultz; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Agnes Gay of Wichita; and a son-in-law, Irwin Stanley Schultz of Newton. At the funeral Rev. John Gaeddert spoke on faith according to Hebrew 11.

Peter H. Hiebert, 90, our oldest member and also a charter member passed away Oct. 31. The funeral was held Nov. 2. Her was a resident of the Bethesda Home. Besides his wife, the former Sara Schmidt, a daughter Elvina (Mrs. Irwin Schultz) and son Herman preceded him in death.
