PIONEER MISSIONARY TO M. B. FIELD IN INDIA DIES AT HILLSBORO

Hillsboro, Kan. — Mrs. N. N. Hiebert, 83, who with her husband were the first Mennonite Brethren Conference missionaries to India from North America, died at the hospital here Jan. 1. Rev. Hiebert died in 1957.

Mrs. Hiebert had been a resident of the Salem Home for Aged for a number of years. Funeral services were held Jan. 5 at the Hillsboro M. B. Church.

Mrs. Hiebert was the mother of Rev. Waldo Hiebert, former pastor here and now of Fresno, Calif., and also of Rev. J. N. C. Hiebert and Dr. Lando Hiebert, both deceased.
