Services for Former Nurse at Mt. Lake
Mt. Lake, Minn. — Funeral services for Mrs. Ernest Hiebert, 60, formerly active in the nursing profession, were held Sept. 24 at the Bethel Mennonite Church here. She died at her home Sept. 21 after several years of failing health.
Mrs. Hiebert was the former Linda Miller of Freeman, S. D. she received her nurses' training at Halstead, Kan., and worked in hospitals in Kasas [sic Kansas], Nebraska and Oregon, as well as the Bethel Hospital here for 10 years. She and her husband farmed north of here until 1955.
Besides her husband she leaves one daughter, two sons, eight grandchildren, and brothers and sisters living in South Dakota.
