• Funeral services for Cornelius Hiebert, 76, retired farmer, were held Friday afternoon at the Tabor Mennonite Church with Rev. James Waltner, the pastor, in charge assisted by Rev. Waldo Kaufman. Mr. Hiebert died Nov. 6 at the county home in El Dorado where he resided for about five years. He was a native of the Goessel community, moving to Elbing in 1944. Surviving are one brother, Peter H. Hiebert of Goessel, and his sister-in-law, Mrs. Gus Hiebert and family of Elbing, with whom he formerly resided.
