Retired Minister Dies at Age 88
Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Venus Hershberger, 88, a retired farmer and retired minister of the Walnut Creek Mennonite Church, died March 20 at the Walnut Hills Nursing Home after a six-week illness.
Funeral services were conducted at the church on Sunday afternoon, March 23, by the present pastor, Rev. Ervin Schlabach.
