FATAL CAR-BUGGY CRASH IN OHIO

Parkman, Ohio. — A speeding auto crashed into the rear of an Amish buggy near here the night of March 11, resulting in instant death for Mrs. Joni J. Hershberger, 63.

Other occupants of the buggy were her husband, who suffered fractures of the hip and arm and head cuts, and their son Daniel, who was released from the hospital after treatment.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hershberger, the former Mattie Schmucker, were held at the Hershberger home on Sunday, March 14.
