• Funeral services for Leonard O. Harms, 83, of Goessel was held Sunday afternoon at the Grace Hill Mennonite Church southeast of Newton, with Rev E. J. Miller officiating. Mr. Harms died the evening of Feb. 22 at Bethel Deaconess Hospital. He lived in the Newton and Goessel communities all his life. Surviving are his widow, Elizabeth, of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Herbert Wiebe of Wichita, Mrs. Elmer Lippke of Marion, and Mrs. Alvin Fast of Bingham Lake, Minn.; four sons, Victor at Newton, Sylvester of Wichita, Irvin of Moundridge, and Willard at Marion; two brothers, Paul of Saskatchewan and Wm. F. of McPherson; and 23 grandchildren.
