FRANK HAMM
Frank Hamm, son of John Hamm, Sr. and Catherine Isaac Hamm, was born in Beatrice, Nebr. May,1893.
His parents came to the Adelaide district of San Luis Obispo County, Calif. during his early childhood, and later moved to the Willow Creek area.
Upon accepting the Lord as his Saviour in his youth, he was baptized upon the confession of his faith on June 7, 1908 and became an active member of the Willow Creek Mennonite church.
He was married to Marie Fieguth on Oct. 17,1918 and they enjoyed almost 39 years of wedded bliss.
He was preceded in death by a son, Leonard, one of five children born to this union. He passed on peacefully in his sleep on Friday morning, June 27, 1957, at his home, having attained the age of 64 years, one month and one day.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Marie, one son, Rudolf of Paso Robles, three daughters, Mrs. Elonore [sic Elenore] Smiley of Shandon, Mrs. Louise Fisher of Turlock, Mrs. Florence Richmond of Visalia and 10 grandchildren. Two sisters and one brother also survive: Mrs. Henry Claassen, Mrs. Henry Wiebe and John Hamm, Jr. all of Paso Robles. Two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Dueck and Mrs. Margaret Bergman preceded him in death.
