Long-Time Teacher Called Away in Death

Shipshewana, Ind. — Funeral services were held at the Shore Mennonite Church here Tuesday, July 11, for Wm. H. Haarer, 82, a teacher in the Goshen and Lagrange County public schools for 42 years.

He had begun his teaching career shortly after graduating from Goshen College in 1907. He died June 9 at Sturgis, Mich.

The services were in charge of O. H. Hooley and Rev. D. A. Yoder.
