Truck Accident Claims Second Life
Ephrata, Pa. — A two-truck accident which occurred on June 25 claimed another life on July 8 with the death of Samuel B. Siegrist, 57, or [sic] rural East Earl. He had been a patient in Lancaster General Hospital with head and chest injuries since the crash.
Mr. Siegrist was a passenger in a pickup truck driven by David Greiner, 56, when it was hit by a dump truck. Greiner died the day after the accident.
