FREDERICK ROLAND GRANT, 72

Frederick Roland Grant, 72, of North Surrey, B.C. died of a heart condition. The funeral service took place on Dec. 12 in the Kennedy Heights M.B. Church with Rev. Nick Willms officiating. Mr. Grant was born in England, was married and had one daughter. His wife died 5 years later, and he spent 25 years in a mental hospital. Through the help of modern drugs he recovered and was placed in an old folk's' home. He began attending church at Kennedy Heights and professed salvation. He was thinking of being baptized shortly before his decease.
