Willard E. Graber

Willard E. Graber, son of John P. Graber and Anna Goering Graber, was born near Pretty Prairie, Kansas, on January 7, 1914. at about the age of nine, he with his parents moved to Moundridge, Kansas, and had his home there since that time. He attended the local grammar schools and graduated from the Moundridge high school in the spring of 1932.

On June 2, 1929, he received the holy rite of baptism and united with the Church of Christian. He held his membership there till the time of his death.

On Saturday morning, April 24, while working on an oil derrick near Blackwell, Oklahoma, he accidentally fell and was overtaken by death. His age was 23 years, 3 months, and 17 days.

He leaves to mourn his sudden departure his parents, two brothers and four sisters. One sister preceded him in death. Many other relatives and a large circle of friends also grieve over his untimely death.
