Wife of Well-Known Businessman, Church Leader Dies at Goshen

Goshen, Ind. — Funeral services for Mrs. Mina Graber, 73, wife of Chris L. Graber, were conducted Saturday afternoon, Nov. 9, at the Goshen College Mennonite Church, with Rev. Robert Detweiler and Rev. Paul Mininger officiating. She died Nov. 7 at the Goshen hospital after being a patient there for 10 days.

A native of Wayland, Iowa, Mrs. Graber was a graduate of Hesston College and Iowa Wesleyan University and taught school for seven years in Iowa. Her husband is a former business manager of Goshen College and pastor of the College congregation, and has long been active in numerous capacities under the (Old) Mennonite General Conference and the MCC.

Surviving in addition to Rev. Graber are six children, Mrs. Earl S. Lehman, Mrs. Harold Swartzendruber, and Mrs. Edward Stolzfus, all of Goshen, Mrs. Clayton Beyler of Hesston, Kan., Mrs. Byron Bender of Honolulu, Haawaii, and Richard D. of Andover, Mass.; 26 grandchildren; a brother Arthur Roth of Ortanna, Pa., and a sister, Mrs. Melvin Gingerich of Goshen.
