• Funeral services were held at the Hillsboro E. U. B. Church on Dec.14 for Mrs. H. N. Goertz, who died unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 11. Mrs. Goertz and her husband, who observed their 50th wedding anniversary last September, for many years worked together in their furniture and undertaking firm in Hillsboro. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Lesher, pioneers in the Peabody community.
