WAYNE KEITH GERBER

Wayne Keith Gerber, oldest son of Kenneth and Isabel (Kaufman) Gerber, R.D. 1, Hartstown, Pa., was born Oct. 22, 1953 in Greensville, Pa. He died March 7, 1967, of acute pneumonia at Polk State Hospital, Polk, Pa., at the age of 13 years, four months and 13 days.

Being a severely mentally retarded child with epilepsy all his life, in his limited way he taught us many lessons. He had little happiness during his short life, but we know he has a home in Heaven now.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a sister Darlene at home; two brothers, Chester and Ronald at home; and grandparents, Vallie Gerber of Hartstown, Pa.

Private funeral services were held at Rhodes Funeral Home, Conneaut Lake, Pa., with Pastor Harvey Schrock officiating. Interment in the Sunnyside Mennonite Church Cemetery, Conneaut Lake, Pa.
