Mother of Five Called By Death

Sugarcreek, Ohio. — Funeral services for Mrs. Ross L. Gerber, 44, of Route 3, Wooster, were held Sept. 16 at the Orrville Mennonite church, with Lester Grabill and I. W. Royer officiating.

Mrs. Gerber, the former Ruth Hertzler of Belleville, Penn., died Sept. 13 at the Wooster Community hospital after a long illness. A graduate of Goshen College, she was an active member of the Orrville congregation. Her husband is principal of the Bowman Street School in Wooster.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by five children of the home; her mother, Mrs. Israel Hertzler of Belleville; and two sisters, Mrs. Arie Grassmyer of Belleville and Mrs. Mary Swope of Youngstown.
