Suffers Fatal Burns When Auto Overturns

Henderson, Neb. — Third degree burns suffered in a one-car accident near here Sept. 27 proved fatal to Mrs. Frank A. Friesen of Henderson. She died early the following morning at the local hospital.

The memorial service was arranged for 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bethesda Mennonite Church.

Mrs. Friesen, a widow, was traveling alone when her car left the road , overturned in a ditch and burst into flames. She was thrown clear of the vehicle, but her clothing was ignited and she suffered burns over her entire body. She was found by John Doell, farmer living nearby, and rushed to the hospital.
