MRS. MARIA FRIESEN, 68

Mrs. Maria Friesen, 68, of Winkler (formerly of Lowe Farm) died on Feb. 15. She was born in Steinfeld, Russia, and was baptized at 16. She was married to Abraham J. Friesen in 1920. Her husband died suddenly at their home in Winkler 3 years ago. She is mourned by 4 sons and 4 daughters, 13 grandchildren. Funeral services were held in the Winkler M. B. Church with Rev. H. Lenzmann and Rev. J. Neufeld officiating.
