Wayland, Iowa. — Funeral services for Menno S. Freyenberger, retired farmer and lifelong resident here, were held at the Sugar Creek Mennonite church. He died at Memorial hospital Sept. 23 at the age of 76.

A member of the Sugar Creek church since early youth, he was married to Mary Oswald of Aurora, Neb. in 1902. She survives him, with their five children, 18 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two brothers and two sisters.

RETIRED FARMER OF WAYLAND, IA. DIED

Wayland, Iowa. — Funeral services for Menno S. Freyenberger, retired farmer and lifelong resident here, were held at the Sugar Creek Mennonite church. He died at Memorial hospital Sept. 23 at the age of 76.

A member of the Sugar Creek church since early youth, he was married to Mary Oswald of Aurora, Neb. in 1902. She survives him, with their five children, 18 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two brothers and two sisters.
