+ | • Funeral services for Henry H. Franzen, 77, a native of the Goessel community and long-time resident of Topeka, were held Sunday afternoon at the Goessel Mennonite Church. Rev. Levi Koehn officiated. Mr. Franzen died Oct. 15 at the Halstead Hospital. He was a graduate of the University of Southern California, received the master's degree from the University of Kansas, and for a number of years was employed as a civil engineer by the State Highway Department. Surviving are his wife; a step-daughter, Mrs. Irvin Franzen of Topeka; five grandchildren, two brothers and one sister. |
