AGED RESIDENT OF PALESTINE PASSES AWAY

A notice in the German language reporting the death of Abraham Fast of Jerusalem, Palestine, was received by the Editor last week. The notice is dated March 12, 1928, and reads as follows: "Yesterday, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, our father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Abraham Fast, was called into Eternity in his 85th year, after an illness of several weeks.

"Burial will take place today in the cemetery of the Temple Society. — Fast Families, Jerusalem; Family Kell, Sevilla; Family Duhm, Eimeldingen; Family Rall, Sevilla."

While on his visit in Palestine, Rev. H. P. Krehbiel made acquaintance with Mr. Fast and members of his family, by whom he was very cordially received.
