Hanston, Kan. — Injuries suffered in a tractor accident proved fatal to Kenneth Leroy Ewy, 43, who died July 22 in Hodgeman County Hospital.
A well-known farmer and stockman, Mr. Ewy was a member of the Hanston Mennonite Church where he was treasurer of the church board. He was also treasurer of Unified School District 288, and served two terms on the city council.
The funeral was conducted July 25 at the Hanston Church, with Rev. Garman Wedel in charge.
