Amanda E. Eshleman, daughter of John and Clara (Railing) Weaver, was born Aug. 24, 1887 near Greencastle, Pa.; died of a heart attack in the Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown, Md. Oct.24, 1961, aged 74 years and two mo.

On Aug. 1, 1906 she was married to George S. Eshleman, who survives. Also surviving are one brother, Jacob Weaver of Greencastle, Pa.; one sister, Mrs. Moses K. Horst, Maugansville, Md.; one son, Merle W. of Harrisonburg, Va., and one daughter, Lela, Mrs. Clarence Y. Fretz of Hagerstown, Md., and six grandchildren.

She was a faithful member of the Mennonite church and he active interest in missions was a factor in her two children serving on foreign mission fields.

Funeral services were held at the Reiff Mennonite church, Oct. 27, 1961 in charge of Samuel Martin and Irvin Shank; interment in the adjoining cemetary [''sic''].

AMANDA E. ESHLEMAN

Amanda E. Eshleman, daughter of John and Clara (Railing) Weaver, was born Aug. 24, 1887 near Greencastle, Pa.; died of a heart attack in the Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown, Md. Oct.24, 1961, aged 74 years and two mo.

On Aug. 1, 1906 she was married to George S. Eshleman, who survives. Also surviving are one brother, Jacob Weaver of Greencastle, Pa.; one sister, Mrs. Moses K. Horst, Maugansville, Md.; one son, Merle W. of Harrisonburg, Va., and one daughter, Lela, Mrs. Clarence Y. Fretz of Hagerstown, Md., and six grandchildren.
