■ John Epp Jr., 94, of Whitewater, a retired farmer and stockman, died Feb. 27. Services were held at Swiss Mennonite Church, Whitewater. Survivors include his wife, Marie; three sons, Albert of Henderson, Neb., John of Hong Kong and Melvin of Whitewater; five daughters, Hildegard Goossen of Homestead, Iowa, Martha Epp of Wichita, Phebe [sic Phoebe] Cressman of Scottdale, Pa., Frieda Epp and Justina Martin, both of Leavenworth; a sister, Agnes Regier of Whitewater, 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
