Enns, 63, who had been a resident of Newton and an employee of the Harvey County Highway Department for many years, died at the Veterans Hospital in Wichita on March 31, after a long illness. Funeral services were held April 3 at Draper Funeral Home in Newton, with burial at Hoffnungsau Cemetery near Inman.
