Only four months after her husband, Henry T. Enns, passed away Mrs. Enns followed him in death. She died in the Three Hills hospital June 11 and the funeral took place Sunday at 2 p.m. Min. Dave Ratzlaff spoke from Heb. 4:14 and John 11:11. Two of her brothers, Abe Toews and Pete Toews and their wives, and four sisters Mrs. Wm Rempel, Mrs. Dave Isaac and husband, and Agnes and Eva Toews, all from Manitoba, attended the funeral. Among those from a distance were the John D. Penners, Ben Rempels, Elmer Penners, Frank Rempels, Dave Rempels and Don Isaacs, all from Manitoba. Roy Enns, who works at Chase, B. C., came for his mother's funeral. Mrs. Enns still teaches in Linden and will accompany Roy to B.C. after school is out for the summer. — Jac. C. Toews.
