Sarasota, Fla. &#8212; Irvin S. Eicher, 61, well-known businessman here, died Dec. 5 at Memorial Hospital after suffering a heart attack.

A native of Archbold, Ohio, Mr. Eicher and his brother Olen had been in the scaffolding business business together for 40 years. He had lived in Sarasota since 1943, and after World War II served as an agricultural adviser in China under UNWRA.

Surviving are his widow; one son, David E. of Sarasota; four brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services were held Dec. 8 at Roberts Funeral Home here, with Rev. John Shenk in charge.

Long-Time Sarasota Businessman Dies

Sarasota, Fla. — Irvin S. Eicher, 61, well-known businessman here, died Dec. 5 at Memorial Hospital after suffering a heart attack.

A native of Archbold, Ohio, Mr. Eicher and his brother Olen had been in the scaffolding business business together for 40 years. He had lived in Sarasota since 1943, and after World War II served as an agricultural adviser in China under UNWRA.

Surviving are his widow; one son, David E. of Sarasota; four brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services were held Dec. 8 at Roberts Funeral Home here, with Rev. John Shenk in charge.
