• Edward H Ediger, 63, died April 10 at the Bethel Home for Aged where he had been a guest since Jan. 3. He had lived in Newton for the past 30 years and was employed at Guerdon Industries here. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the Hoffnungsau Church near Inman, with Rev. Frank R. Keller, the pastor, and Rev. Leon Jennings of the Newton Church of the Nazarene officiating. Surviving Mr. Ediger are his widow, the former Elvina Koehn; sons Henry L. of Fresno, Calif. and Clifford R. of Newton; three daughters, Mrs. Chester Hartman of Halstead, Mrs. Darrell Zimmerman of Wichita, and Mrs. John Stucky of Newton; two brothers Marvin H. of Hutchinson and Milford of Newton; and 10 grandchildren.
