TWO FATAL TRACTOR ACCIDENTS IN LANCASTER CO., PENNA.

Lancaster, Penna. — Two separate tractor accidents occurring on the same day—Sept. 19—claimed the lives of a five-year-old child and a farmer of the Manheim community.

While helping his father start a truck, Glenn Eugene Ebersole, son of David M. Ebersole of Elizabethtown, was thrown from the tractor seat under one of the large drive wheels.

Clarence H. Moyer, 48, a member of the Hernley Mennonite church, was found crushed to death under his overturned tractor at the bottom of a ten-foot road embankment. He leaves his wife, five children and five grandchildren.
