He was born in South Russia in 1884 and came to Kansas at an early age. He was a member of the South Hutchinson Methodist Church. The funeral was conducted Tuesday afternoon at Elliott Funeral Chapel by Rev. Howard F. Smothers. A son, Harry E. Dick [''sic'' Dirks], resides in Newton. |
