• Relatives in the Goessel community received word that Mrs. P. J. Dick died at the Christian Rest Home in Lynden, Wash. on June 18. The funeral was conducted June 21 at the Whitehorn M. B. Church. Some years ago the Dick family lived in Goessel and later in Newton. Mr. Dick operated a shoe repair shop and a creamery. He died in February 1965. Survivors include three children: Tina, Mrs. John R. Dick of Ferndale, Wash., Henry of Eureka, Ill., and Jacob of Seattle, Wash. A grandson, John H. Dick, has been teaching at Goessel High School for the past several years.
