Hutchinson's Oldest Resident Dies At Age 102

Hutchinson, Kan. — Funeral services for Frank F. Dick, 102, who died here on July 24, were held at the Mennonite Brethren Church in Buhler on Wednesday, July 26, with Rev. Nick Rempel, the pastor in charge.

A retired farmer living at Broadacres, a senior citizens home, he was the oldest resident of this city, which recently observed its 100the anniversary.

A native of Russia, Dick's first American residence was at Burrton, where he arrived in 1879. He married Justina Wall at Buhler in 1893, and the couple celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary prior to her death in 1966.
