Modoc, Kan. — Dayton Decker, 27, of rural Modoc, 18 miles northwest of Scott City, was pronounced dead at the scene by the district coroner after being electrocuted in a farm accident on Feb. 4. Mouth-to-mouth resuscitation applied by his brother Larry had failed to revive him.
