• Mrs. Seabie DeBoer, 81, retired nurses aid, died Sunday at Schowalter Villa in Hesston. Funeral services were held Wednesday forenoon at the Hesston Mennonite Church with Rev. Richard Yordy in charge. Mrs. DeBoer was a native of Indiana and was married in 1913 to Samuel DeBoer. They lived in New York, Pennsylvania and Iowa before moving to Hesston in 1963. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Alvin Blough of Hesston; one foster daughter, Mrs. Walter Schlabach of Harrisonburg, Va.; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and one brother, John Bruinsma of Cazenovia, N. Y.
