Charles Cooper, Jr., 53, a former resident of Dayton, was electrocuted when a high-powered sprayer developed a short as he was cleaning implements for his sale near Keezletown on April 1. he is survived by his wife, JoeAnn Michael, eight children, and his mother, Lucile Heatwole Carper of Dayton. Funeral services were held at Bank Mennonite Church, Dayton, where he was a member.
