Mrs. Abbie E. Butts

Friends here have learned of the death of Mrs. Abbie E. Butts, who passed away Friday, Jan. 11, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. O. B. Davis and Mr. Davis at Topeka. She was 76 years old, and had been an invalid for several years. She was a member of the Universalist church, the Woman's Relief corps, and other lodges and societies at Junction, where much of her life was spent. Mrs. Butts made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Davis for many years, and went with them from Newton to Topeka about four years ago.

Besides Mrs. Davis she leaves another daughter Mrs. F. S. Mayden of Junction City and a son Harry E. Butts of Pocatello, Ida.

She was taken from Topeka to Junction City, Monday, where funeral services were held and interment made.
