Kidron, Ohio — Louis Burkhalter, 76, native of Canton Berne, Switzerland and a resident of this community for the past 50 years, died at his farm home Nov. 14. He lived at Berne, Ind. for eight years after coming to this country.

Funeral services at the Kidron Mennonite church were in charge of Reuben Hofstetter and Allen Bixler, assisted by D. W. Miller of Wooster. Survivors included his wife and five children, and two sisters living in Switzerland.

SWISS NATIVE CALLED AWAY IN DEATH

Kidron, Ohio — Louis Burkhalter, 76, native of Canton Berne, Switzerland and a resident of this community for the past 50 years, died at his farm home Nov. 14. He lived at Berne, Ind. for eight years after coming to this country.

Funeral services at the Kidron Mennonite church were in charge of Reuben Hofstetter and Allen Bixler, assisted by D. W. Miller of Wooster. Survivors included his wife and five children, and two sisters living in Switzerland.
