JOHN A BULLER
John A. Buller was the son of the late Andrew H. and Agneta Buller. He was born December 4, 1875, and passed away on Sunday, May 12, 1946, at the age of 70 years, five months and eight days.
John lived at home with father and Mother until 1936, and after that lived with his brother, Abe, at Glendive, Mont. He was a faithful church-goer and his daily task was the reading of his bible. he became ill in church on Sunday, May 5, but rallied again. In a few days he was taken to the hospital where it was revealed that his heart was very weak, but pneumonia set in. Within five days, on Sunday, may 12, he went Home.
He is survived by four brothers and sisters, Abe Buller of Glendive; Fred Buller, Springfield, S. D.; Chriss [sic Chris] Buller of Bloomfield, Mont.; Joseph Buller, Salem, Ore.; Mrs. Emma E. Boese, Vona, Colo.; Mrs. Mary A. Boese, Denver, Colo.; and Mrs. Ida L. Boese, Billings, Mont.; nieces and nephews and many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother, Henry, and father and mother.
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon, May 16 at the Bethlehem Mennonite church, Bloomfield, Mont., with Rev. George Dick and J. E. Mayfield officiating. The Bloomfield male chorus sang “Goodnight Here and Good Morning Up There.” A solo, “Will The Circle Be Unbroken,” was sung by Mrs. J. E. Mayfield. At the ceremtery [sic ], the male chorus sang “Beyond the Setting Sun.”
Pallbearers were Dan Nissler, Glen Bontrager, August Unruh, Toby Richert and Henry Schoenwald.
