MRS. DENA BULLER

Mrs. Dena (Jantz) Buller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. T. Jantz, was born Aug. 26, 1892 in McPherson County, Kan. and went to her eternal reward at 8:55 p.m. on Feb. 20, 1965, having reached the age of 72 years, five months and 25 days.

She spent her early childhood days in McPherson County, Kan., and at the age of 11 moved with her parents to Caddo County, Okla., and four years later to Ringwood, Okla.

On Jan. 29, 1913 she was united in marriage to Joe Buller of Goltry, Okla. They began their home on a farm south of Goltry where they spent most of their married life. Since 1950 they have lived in Goltry.

This union was blessed with four daughters and three sons. One daughter and one son preceded her in death, Matilda in 1933 and Elgin in 1939. Her mother also prceded her in 1939.

It was during the most busy years of their married life that our parents realized their need of a Saviour, and accepted Christ as their personal Saviour and were baptized together upon their confession of faith by Rev. P. R. Unruh on Dec. 10, 1929 and united with the Zoar Mennonite Church of Goltry. They were permitted to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary on Jan. 29, 1963 with their children, relatives and many friends. This was an occasion for praising God for his faithfulness.

She was a loving wife and mother, counted it a privilege and responsibility to share in caring for her parents, having her mother-in-law in her home for over 20 years and also caring for her father.

She was in ill health for the past seven months. She suffered much but her faith in God did not waver. Her loyalty and devotion to her home, her family and the church will leave a testimony which will long live in the hearts and minds of those who knew her. She has now joined the ranks of the Church Triumphant, where we expect to see her again.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include: Her beloved husband, Joe Buller, three daughters: (Opal) Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Penner and family, Goltry; (Mildred) Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Schmidt and family of Goltry; (Ruby) Rev. and Mrs. Walter Regier and family of Clinton, Okla.; two sons: (Virgil) Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Buller and family of Colby, Kan.; and (Robert) Mr. and Mrs. Robert Buller and family of Goltry; also Mr. and Mrs. Gus Entz and family of Newton, Kan. She also leaves her 95-year-old father, C. T. Jantz of Enid, Okla., three brothers, Otis Jantz of Helena, Dan Jantz of Enid, Okla., and Ferd Jantz of Goltry, and 19 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Feb. 23 in the Zoar Mennonite Church of Goltry, Okla., with Rev. Albert Unruh bringing the message. Rev. John Keller and Rev. Ben Friesen also participated. — The Family.
