ANNA BRAUN

Funeral services were held in the Clearbrook (B.C.) Church on March 4, for Mrs. Anna Braun of Clearbrook who passed away on March 1, in the MSA General Hospital. Officiating at the service was the Rev. H. G. Thielman and Rev. John Unger.

Mrs. Braun was born in South Russia in 1893 and came to Canada in 1925. She lived in the Fraser Valley for 22 years. Her husband Dietrich predeceased her in 1961.

Surviving are one son, John of Dawson Creek, two daughters, Mrs. Peter (Eleanor) Isaak, Langley, and Hertha of Vancouver; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Frank Dyck, Manitou, Manitoba and Abe Dyck of Yarrow; four sisters, Mrs. Susan Schmidt, U.S.A., Mrs. Elizabeth Klassen of Clearbrook. Mrs. Helena Dueck of Chilliwack and Mrs. Gertrude Martens of Yarrow.
