— Relatives in the Elbing community received word that Calvin Booth, 30, of Longview, Tex., husband of the former Dorothy Quenzer, was killed June 12 when his trainer plane crashed and burned. The student pilot with him also died in the crash. Mr. Booth was a skilled pilot and was employed as a flight instructor. The funeral was held Tuesday at Manuel, Tex. Mrs. Booth is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Quenzer of Paso Robles, Calif. and granddaughter of Mrs. B. P. Regier of Elbing. The couple had no children.
