MRS. SUSIE BOLDT

Mrs. Susie Boldt of Vineland, Ontario was born on March 12, 1909 in Langham, Saskatchewan. She passed away in St. Catharines, Ontario on May 23, at the age of 69 years.

She was baptized on the confession of her faith on August 23, 1925 and received into the membership of the Evangelical Mennonite Brethren Church in Langham. After studying in Bible school for three years, she enjoyed a successful ministry in Sunday school.

She married John Boldt in 1937, and in 1945 the family moved to Vineland, Ontario to operate a fruit farm. After retiring from the farm they settled in a new home in Vineland. Cancer was discovered in 1975, and a long period of illness followed. She was an inspiration to all who knew her in her patience and quiet endurance.

Left to mourn are her husband, John; sons, John and his wife Mary Ann, Henry and his wife Lydia, and Wilhelm and Mariagnes; a daughter, Elizabeth; and four grandchildren.
