| + | — Mrs. Jacob A. Boese, 69, lifetime resident of the Goessel community, died at the Bethesda Hospital on May 26. The funeral was conducted Thursday afternoon at the Goessel Mennonite Church, with Rev. Henry Goossen officiating. Mrs. Boese was the former Helen Schmidt, and was married to Mr. Boese in 1922. He survives, with four daughters, Mrs. Daton Wedel, Mrs. Robert C. Unruh, Mrs. Lester Schmidt, and Mrs. Randolph H Schmidt, all of Route 2, Newton 13 grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters. |
