ERWIN HENRY BLOCK

Erwin Henry Block drowned Aug. 5 while swimming with friends in Okanagan Lake. He was born June 6, 1971 to Henry and Kathe Block in Vancouver. In 1974 the family moved to Clearbrook, B.C. At age 7 he accepted the Lord. He lived a life of obedience in the home and brought joy to his parents. He attended a Baptist elementary school, attended Mennonite Educational Institute for a year and graduated from W.J. Mouat secondary school. He had many friends and was a joyful person. He enjoyed his work at Nova Kitchen Cabinets for the past year. He is mourned by his parents and sisters Luise Born, Hilda and Kathy. The funeral was Aug. 9 in King Road MB Church, Abbotsford, B.C., with Herman Stahl and Abe J. Konrad ministering.
