Blaine, Elaine D. (Tieszen), 40, Sumner County Family Care Center physicia ns assistant, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2001. Visitation with family 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Cochran Mortuary; service 10 a.m. Thursday, Lorraine Avenue Mennonite Church; burial to follow at Lorraine Avenue Mennonite Church Cemetery.

Survivors: husband, Dale; son, Nathan of the home; parents, Walter and Wileta Tieszen of Haysville; brothers, Galen Tieszen of Wellington, Lowell Tieszen of Durham, N.C., Delbert Tieszen of Halstead. Memorials established with Lorraine Avenue Mennonite Church, Hospice Inc. and Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Research.
