Crosshill, Ontario. — James Birmingham, 76, died early Sunday, Oct. 10, after being hit by a car as he walked along Waterloo County Road 2 one-half mile west of here. The car was driven by Herbert D. Wagler, 25, of rural Tavistock.

Funeral services were conducted Oct. 13 at the First Mennonite Church of Kitchener by Rev. Robert Johnson.

Mr. Birmingham leaves his wife, Magdalene, three brothers and three sisters.
