— Funeral services were held in Shafter, Calif. on Monday for Mrs. W. G. Bestvater, aged 91. She and her husband had celebrated their 60th wedding in August. Surviving in addition to her husband are five children. She was a sister to Mrs. Abraham J. Klassen of Newton.

Called away at the age of 91 on Oct. 7, at Shafter, Calif., was Mrs. Helena H. Bestvater, wife of the late Wm. J. Bestvater, known in Mennonite circles as a minister and evangelist for many years. Funeral services were held at the Shafter M. B. church, in charge of Rev. H. H. Dick.
