Hillsboro – Genevieve Belton, 95, died November 8, 2014 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro. She was born March 6, 1919 to Emanuel and Lena (Frank) Becker in Durham. She married Richard Duane Belton May 21, 1941 at Yuma, Arizona. Survivors include: sons, Richard G. (Mary Claire) of Sacramento, CA, Mark D. Belton of Overland Park, Kansas; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband in 1982. Celebration of her life will be Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church in Hillsboro officiated by Pastor Brian Allen. Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Durham Park Cemetery rural Durham. Family will receive guests from 6 to 8 Tuesday at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Memorials to the Church in care of Jost Funeral Home P.O. Box 266 Hillsboro, Kansas 67063.
