FORMER BLACKSMITH DIES AT AGE 82

Sugarcreek, Ohio. — William A. Beechy, 82, well-known retired blacksmith and machinist, died in a New Philadelphia nursing home April 1.

In 1908 Mr. Beechy established a blacksmith shop which is today known as the Eureka Machine Shop.

He was a member of the First Mennonite Church, where the funeral services were conducted by Rev. Harold Thieszen and Rev. Wm. H. Stauffer.
